Jason Jercinovic, Global Head of Marketing Innovation & Global Brand Director, Havas: Jason' s a veteran digital marketer with a diverse career in advertising and marketing. Jason has been involved in marketing on a variety of levels: from agency to client, spend to buy, as well as from startup to established global engagements. Jason's career has spanned the development of the Internet as a premiere marketing tool. With an energetic obsession in all things digital, Jason has most recently focused on successfully applying social and mobile trends to brand engagement, his work running the gamut from global marketer (Nike) to media super star (Taylor Swift and Justin Bieber). Earlier in his career Jason headed up Havas Worldwide Digital in Australia, working on Global accounts (Intel & Dell) as well as helping to establish success with local clients (Sony Australia, Northern Territory Tourism Commission, Tourism Australia). Also while living in Australia, Jason ran the Asia Pacific-based mobile connectivity and integrated marketing services provider Communicator, funded by Australia's leading private equity/VC firm Allen and Buckridge (A-B.com.au). Prior to re-joining Havas Worldwide Digital in 2011 as the President of Havas Worldwide Digital, Jason was running the Nike Global Brand business at R/GA. Jason currently manages the Global Social Agency of Record business for IBM at Havas Worldwide. Jason is also active in preaching the Digital word to the next generation as a regular on the speaking circuit.

 

Ben Tatta is Co-Founder and President of 605. He brings more than 25 years of media, technology and entertainment experience to his role at the company, where he leads strategy, business development, data and client solutions. Most recently, Ben served as President of Cablevision Media Sales, the television and digital sales division of Cablevision Systems Corporation, where he led the company’s overall media sales vision, strategy and plan including advanced advertising, product development and technology. During his tenure at Cablevision, Ben spearheaded the first system-wide deployment of household-level addressable advertising and pioneered breakthrough audience measurement and analytics solutions using census-level set-top box data. Prior to Cablevision Ben held senior leadership positions at such companies as USA Networks, IBM, ABC, Lagardere Media and eBay Enterprise Marketing. He received a B.A. in Economics from Villanova University.

 

Sharon Mussalli is the Chief Revenue Officer at Some Spider, creator of Scary Mommy and Cafe, reaching over 150m people monthly.  Sharon brings 15 years of tenure in the tech and entertainment space to her role at Some Spider, most recently having served US Industry Manager, Entertainment on the Global Marketing Solutions team at Facebook where her team led relationships between television networks and film studios across the Facebook and Instagram platforms.  Sharon holds a BA from Tufts University and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.  About Some Spider: Some Spider is a new digital media entertainment company financed by serial entrepreneurs, Vinit Bharara and Marc Lore, who previously co-founded and later sold Diapers.com to Amazon. Vinit is the CEO of Some Spider. Other Some Spider executives include COO, Paul Smurl, former Head of Digital at the New York Times and CRO, Sharon Mussalli, former Entertainment Industry Manager at Facebook.

 

Jennifer Cooper, Global Head, M&E and Broadcast Industry Strategy & Marketing, Adobe: Jennifer Cooper brings more than 20 years of experience in sales, business development and strategy management in technology, publishing and digital media industries. Her work with C-level digital media executives provides her with extensive knowledge of publishing, media and entertainment industries as well as best business practices and solutions. Prior to joining Adobe, Jennifer was Founder and CEO of Mixercast, a social applications company. Before that, she served as Executive Director of Business Development for Yahoo! Inc., where she designed and launched Yahoo!’s first video subscription service and managed large media industry relationships including Hearst, Scripps, ABC/Disney, Viacom, Time Warner, Fox and NBC Universal. In addition, she was responsible for crafting and implementing broadband video content strategy, sourcing and acquisitions for co-branded portals such as ATT Yahoo! DSL, Verizon Yahoo! DSL, Rogers Yahoo! and BT Yahoo!. Jennifer began her career managing sales at enterprise technology companies such as Oracle, Xerox and IBM before advancing into strategic business development positions at VXtreme Inc. (now the Microsoft Windows media platform) and Microsoft. As founder and executive vice president of nCommand, Inc, Jennifer served on the board of directors and was responsible for securing initial rounds of Venture financing, as well as creating initial client relationships for nCommand’s products. Jennifer holds a dual B.S. degree in computer science and marketing from San Francisco State University. She also participated in the MBA program at UC Davis and studied law at Golden Gate University.

 

Gregory T. Reza Rassool, Chief Technology Officer, RealNetworks: Reza Rassool joined RealNetworks in April, 2016. He heads engineering for Mobile Services and CODEC development. Reza has more than 30 years of experience in the digital entertainment technology space, and his accomplishments include developing Oscar and Emmy winning editing systems, the world’s first commercial VOD server, a family of VDRs and a crowd-sourced theatrical distribution system. Prior to RealNetworks, Reza founded and acted as CTO of Kwaai Oak, a CTO-as-a Service™ company that provided technical consulting to digital entertainment platforms. By 2016, the business could take credit for $1 billion in start-up exits. He also held the CTO position at music service, Zya, in addition to Chief Engineer roles at Widevine Technologies, which sold to Google in 2010 for $150 million, and Micropolis/Streamlogic. Reza holds a B.Sc in physics from King's College in London. During his career he has had 24 patents granted and numerous papers published.
