Louisa Spring, is Chief Operating Officer at Prologue Immersive, the VR sister company to Prologue Films. Founded by Kyle Cooper and Kimberly Cooper, the Prologue Immersive has already secured its place as a world class VR studio. Prior to joining Prologue Immersive she was Interim COO at Innerspace VR, (Firebird: La Peri), and the former CEO of Bipolar ID, (Mini Cooper NYTVR). Ms. Spring has worked as a television producer with Far Moor,

(The Fall, Netflix), Barry Films, (Life) and represented the U.K.’s most iconic and beloved actors such as John Rhys-Davies (Lord Of The Rings, Indiana Jones) and Roger Moore (James Bond, The Saint). Speaker at the Women in Film Virtual Reality Panel, Women in VR Digital Hollywood Spring 2016, Judge for the AICP Virtual Reality Awards 2016, speaker on virtual reality and storytelling at the Silicon Valley Virtual Reality Conference 2016 and speaker at AWE 2016. She’s a former member of the board of BAFTA Los Angeles, and practiced law in London for 3 years.

 

Brian Lovell, Founder/CEO, Red Interactive Agency: Brian Lovell is a veteran of the digital industry. He is the founder of RED Interactive Agency, a client-focused and results-oriented digital agency, and is responsible for the company’s overall vision, strategy, culture and operations. Brian has an extensive background in digital strategy, design and technology, and has cultivated deep, long-term partnerships with a wide variety of global brands. Brian is committed to staying on the forefront of the latest trends and emerging technologies, and continues to expand and evolve RED's capabilities based on the changing needs of the industry and his passion for innovation. In 2013, he launched RED's internal game studio, RED Games, which has since created and launched nine award-winning mobile games into the market. Brian has been a featured speaker at several tech conferences and events such as Digital Entertainment World, TIFF, LA Games Conference, Disrupt Tech LA, Silicon Beach Fest, Collision, and Brand X, among others, and continues to be an ongoing contributor to the digital industry.

 

Marc S. Kidd serves as Chief Executive Officer and Director at Captivate Network, Inc. He previously served as President of Media Sales and President of Media Sales of Winnercomm Inc at Outdoor Channel Holdings, Inc. Mr. Kidd was part of the initial HOST team that was responsible for creating the first-ever corporate partnership program in collegiate sports -- the influential NCAA Corporate Partner Program, which established an unprecedented avenue for corporate America to speak to the collegiate marketplace. He also played a key role in the development of NCAA Football in 1997. Mr. Kidd is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University and The Sports Management Institute.

 

Dennis Adamo, COO & Commercial Director, SpaceoutVR, Inc.: As Co-Founder, COO & Commercial Director, Dennis’ role is to define, strategize, structure, commercialize, focus on corporate and capital formation of  SpaceoutVR, Inc. Dennis is a 20 year Experienced Digital Marketing and Media Executive. Dennis has a global portfolio of experience with start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. Prior to co-founding SpaceoutVR, Inc., he was the Director of Digital Marketing for LG Ad in Russia and prior to that, Yahoo! EMENA, Global Business Development for Russia/CIS, Access, JIPPI/LIAKA Mobile, SibirGas, ABRI, LLC, Newtek Business Services, Vision Consulting, Prodigy, ICON CMT, Dennis is a co-founder of Pseudo Programs, Inc, Wicked Wireless LLC, Edumasters LLC., Venturehighway.com Inc., and other internal start-ups in large companies, joint ventures, mergers, etc.  Dennis has raised over $50 million in VC funding spanning over 10 Startup companies.

 

Justin Bolognino, Founder + CEO, META: The Art of Being There: Justin Bolognino’s (the “g” is silent) endeavors are threaded by experiential, real-time design and technology focused on revealing hidden human connections. The “Synchronicity Architect” is Founder and Creative Director of The META Agency, Learned Evolution, and #FEED powered by Twitter and was Creative Director at Brooklyn Bowl from its inception. On April 1st, 2014 Bolognino and both companies were acquired by SFX Entertainment, where Justin served for over a year as Creative Director of SFX. As of May 1, 2015, Bolognino left SFX and re-gained control of META and is currently scheming to grow it again as a fully independent company. Learned Evolution, born in 2006, was a creative digital agency that specialized in multidisciplinary design, social media marketing, and tech-savvy experiences. Learned Evolution’s signature event is  #FEED powered by Twitter. First launched in 2011 at SXSW, #FEED brings social media to life in real time with interactive art, @NIGHT parties, daytime summits, and health and wellness activities. LE is currently on ice until it finds its next evolution. The META Agency represents a growing roster of visionary artists creating momentous experiences using interactive installation art, projection and LED design, visual design, and VR, holographics, and more.  Learned Evolution was first retained by Brooklyn Bowl in 2007, where Bolognino crafted a unique marketing and design strategy that favored social media over traditional advertising—a move that, upon the venue’s opening in 2009, launched Brooklyn Bowl as a celebrated institution. In 2011, Brooklyn Bowl was the 10th most searched Google keyword in the NYC metro area, and is has grown into a national brand with Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas and Brooklyn Bowl London now in full swing.  Justin made his foray into media quickly after graduating Magna Cum Laude Bachelors of Science in Rhetoric, Communications and Eastern Philosophy from Northeastern University in 2002.  His first big job was Associate Producer of the documentary film “The Wetlands Preserved,” profiling the legendary TriBeCa nightclub. Soon after in 2004, at 24, he became Production Manager for global digital film hub RESFEST.  In 2006, Bolognino was festival director for the Green Apple Film Festival at the American Museum of Natural History & produced Jonathan Levine Gallery’s “Ruas de Sao Paulo” launch campaign. He also produced Tomorrow Unlimited’s “Creators Series” of interactive art, live music in early 2007.  Bolognino’s endeavors attract large clients such as Twitter, Samsung, Vimeo, Android, Lincoln Motor Co, Ralph Lauren, and more, but his business philosophy does not reflect a “bigger is better” mentality.  As small companies, Justin’s ventures pride themselves on producing complex projects while maintaining the flexibility to evolve and redefine the relationship between art, technology and culture. Bolognino currently lives in Brooklyn with wife Elizabeth, daughters Chloe and Francesca, and dog Charlotte Mingus.

 

Michael Rucker is the owner and COO of OmniVirt, a Virtual Reality and 360° Video advertising and distribution platform. Prior to OmniVirt, Michael spent 7 years at YouTube holding a variety of different responsibilities during that time. Most recently, Michael led YouTube's content strategy across its 5 main verticals: Entertainment, Music, Sports, News, & Education. Before that he was the Product Manager for YouTube's Original Programming and Multi-Channel Network initiative. Joining YouTube in 2007, Michael helped helped drive YouTube's growth from its early days. From launching YouTube's first monetization products to leading consumer marketing for the site across Asia-Pacific, Michael has touched both the consumer and business side of the digital video business. Michael received his Bachelor's degree from Yale University and his Master's degree from Stanford University.
