Tamerlin Godley is a litigation partner with Munger, Tolles & Olson. She excels at handling complex business litigation disputes and specializes in entertainment litigation and advising. She serves as counsel to the major studios, networks, recording companies and music publishers, including Turner Broadcasting, Cartoon Network, Warner Bros., Sony Pictures and Warner Music Group, along with many other entertainment related entities. In 2016, Ms. Godley obtained summary judgment in a trademark and copyright action for the popular Life is Beautiful music festival and in 2017, she won a victory on

demurrer for various Warner Bros. entities in an idea theft case relating to the popular daytime talk show “The Real.” Ms. Godley has been recognized as a leading lawyer by Chambers USA. In 2012, she received a California Lawyer Attorneys of the Year Award for her representation of Warner Bros. in its highly publicized dispute with Charlie Sheen. Ms. Godley is passionately committed to giving back to the community. She led the pro bono team that obtained a preliminary injunction in January 2016 blocking implementation of Nevada’s sweeping voucher law, which risked diversion of more than $200 million from the public schools. In July 2016, Ms. Godley successfully argued before the Nevada Supreme Court, against well-known Supreme Court advocate Paul Clement, to permanently keep the law from going into effect.


Denise Muyco, Co-Founder and CEO, StratusCore: Denise Muyco is co-founder and CEO of StratusCore, a content production technology company that is moving digital content production into the cloud. Denise has nearly 20 years of experience in the film industry as a serial entrepreneur. She founded StratusCore in 2011 to enable artists and content producers to take advantage of emerging cloud technology to streamline the content creation process and make it more cost effective for artists and studios alike. Previously, Denise founded OneView Technologies (acquired by HP Enterprise) which offered software to manage rights for films played on airplanes, cable networks and on-demand hotel services. In the late '90's she was the head of product management for AtomFilms (acquired by Viacom) where she helped produce some of the first internet-exclusive films and animations. Denise has a Bachelor of Arts in political economics, as well as a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from the University of Washington. Denise is a Board Member of the Motion Picture Production Industry Association and collaborates directly with industry guilds and associations.


Joe Moschella, Head of Business and Legal Affairs, Jukin Media: Joe is Jukin Media's head of business and legal affairs, and manages Jukin's legal matters, business deals, and corporate operational issues. He is a former general counsel to a children’s electronics manufacturer and media company, former senior counsel to a theatrical distribution company, and has a history of working with high-growth enterprises to maximize value and minimize risk. He has a BA in Political Science and a JD from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and an MBA from Cornell University’s Johnson School, where he was a Park Fellow


Bill Woods, SVP, MediaMorph: Mr. Woods has been involved with the sale and implementation of technology solutions for the Media & Entertainment industry for over 30 years and maintains strong relationships with the Hollywood Studios and the PayTV Operators who they license content to. Bill is currently a Senior Vice President at Mediamorph where he is responsible for helping customers utilize Mediamorph SaaS modules and Data Management services to gain efficiencies, improve financial reporting and optimize licensed content in the digital supply chain. Prior to joining Mediamorph he ran Sales organizations at HP, Counterpoint  Systems (acquired by Vistex), Nortel and venture backed startups Occam Networks (acquired by Calix), eAssist (acquired by Talisma) and Data Select Systems.  He has a BS in Quantitate Methods from Cal State Long Beach and has completed studies in the Master of Science in Technology Management program at the Graziadio School of Management at Pepperdine.


Robin Wilson, Director, RW TV: As the former VP of Business Development at NAGRA, Robin Wilson’s responsibilities include ensuring that the company’s current and future solutions are developed and applied whenever new opportunities or markets arise. Robin has over 25 years of international broadcast technology experience in companies that include BBC, NBC, RCA, DiviCom, Grass Valley and Modulus Video where he has held various marketing, engineering, management and founding positions. Robin’s technical expertise encompasses compressed video (MPEG-2, MPEG-4), content distribution (satellite, cable, IPTV, OTT,OVP, broadband), content security (DRM, CAS) and user interfaces. He recently had the opportunity to participate in government relations and lobbying on regulatory matters affecting digital TV, OTT and broadband. Robin has participated in and presented at many industry organizations including SMPTE, EBU, IBC, ATIS, and IEEE. He is also a member of NATAS, the group charged with investigating and selecting EMMY award recipients for innovative TV technology, and of the FCC advisory committee on Downloadable Security for US operators (DSTAC). Robin graduated with a BSc. degree in Applied Physics (EE) from Dundee University, Scotland, and holds a watermarking patent. NAGRA is the digital TV division of the Kudelski Group (SIX:KUD.S) and a pioneer in pay-TV technology. NAGRA solutions include DRM, Conditional Access, Digital Media Security, User Interfaces for Tablets, SmartTVs, Set Top Boxes for operators using MPEG-4, HEVC, Streaming Media, OTT, IPTV, Cable, Satellite, Mobile TV & VOD.


Graham Oakes, CEO, Media Science International, Ezee Studios, Chairman, Digital Watermarking Alliance: Graham heads strategy and business development at Media Science International and serves as Chairman of the Board of the Digital Watermarking Alliance.
