Tish Ciravolo – President and Founder, Daisy Rock Girl Guitars: In the past seventeen years, Tish Ciravolo, Founder and President of Daisy Rock Girl Guitars, the ONLY girl guitar company in the world, has created a social phenomenon for the Girl Rock Revolution! Ciravolo’s insight and expertise on girl guitars, female empowerment and entrepreneurship has made her a sought-after speaker at numerous conferences like Ted Talks, NACA National, Musicians Institute, NAMM, Colleges, High Schools, Associations and is a frequent contributor on national and international media outlets including

USA TODAY, People, Time, Newsweek, CNN, MSNBC, ABC, NBC, FOX, VH1, the Premier Radio Network, BBC Radio, and the Associated Press. Most recently, Tish spoke at the Arclight Women’s Summit on Gender and Sexuality and at Digital Hollywood on Entrepreneurship and Branding, and was nominated as CEO of the Year by the LA Business Journal Women’s Summit Ciravolo has propelled the girls’ rock empowerment message far beyond the music industry by helping to empower young women to help them find their lane and follow their dreams. She has helped to create a level playing field for girls everywhere.  To this day, Daisy Rock Girl Guitars is still the ONLY Girl Guitar Company in the WORLD!!  A seasoned artist performing in Los Angeles since the 80’s, Tish continues to perform with her band and plays backup for the American version of Gene Loves Jezebel and several other bands of international acclaim.  Tish loves to bring the funny to Flappers, in her home town of Burbank, when she isn't on the road. Ciravolo created her own dream career and is now on a mission to empower everyone to find their passion, one girl at a time!


De Ivett, CEO + Biz Dev,  5D Spectrum: With over 25 years in advertising, graphic design, interactive media, software development and programming, De brings her creative and technical talents to lead the 5D Spectrum team. De is a first place winner of the Los Angeles Advertising Women Achievement Award for interactive communications. As founder of 5D Spectrum, De has worked with many brands including Red Bull, Kodak, Intel, American Express, Microsoft, USHE, Sony, Live Nation and Daisy Rock Girl Guitars to name a few. De is a published curriculum writer for the sate of CA and currently teaches ‘Web Design’ to high school students through the CTE program. De is a Board Member for Ovation Music Fund, providing music scholarships to children attending 350+ music schools nationwide. As an arts education advocate by day and bass player by night, De is dedicated to helping children receive quality music & arts education through in-school and after school enrichment programs.


Janet Billig Rich, started her journey in the world of musical entertainment in the rock clubs of NYC. Along the way she has worked as an artist manager, record company executive, music supervisor and theater producer. Initially at Caroline Records, first as a publicist and then segued into A&R working with artists including the Smashing Pumpkins, Hole and White Zombie. She made the move to artist management partnering with Gold Mountain Entertainment where she was at ground zero of the tidal wave of alternative music in the 90’s managing all her favorite bands. The Lemonheads, Hole, Nirvana, The Breeders, Walt Mink, Lisa Loeb and Dinosaur Jr. After a brief detour to Atlantic Records, where she was one of the youngest senior executives, she launched Manage This! and has never looked back....She have partnered with amazing folks along the way and co-produced unscripted television for the E! Network, a multi-year groundbreaking Bluegrass tour based on the music from the film O Brother, Where Art Thou?, a documentary on the reunion tour of the seminal band The Pixies entitled loudQUIETloud and a number theater projects involving a wide range of musical styles. Among some of most recent projects are the Tony-nominated Broadway musical Rock Of Ages, the kids-themed musical Camp Kappawanna and the musical theater/cabaret hybrid show For The Record: The Series. Additionally, other ventures include The Lisa Loeb Eyewear Collection with Lisa Loeb now featured at Costco, music supervision & clearance of numerous independent, documentary films (I’ll Sleep When I’m Dead and Step) and national TV commercials for brands such as The North Face and Muscle Milk. She seriously is the girl with the most cake.


Evelyne Ouellet is a French Canadian Entertainment Marketing expert based in Los Angeles, California. With the strength of her experience at the front line of high-profile campaigns, she has developed solid expertise in branding and an intimate knowledge of the media arena. She has built an extensive international network and has proven herself as a brilliant strategist and value creator. As Director and Manager of Public Sales for world-renowned Cirque du Soleil, Evelyne worked at a grassroots level in the key hubs of most core U.S. markets. She moved on to become the Head of Marketing for 24 radio stations and launched the Virgin Radio brand in Canada. Then, as Vice President of Marketing at Canadian media company (Astral (Bell Media), she oversaw two music-based TV Networks, MusiquePlus and MusiMax. English-French bilingual, Evelyne has an MBA from HEC (Hautes Études Commerciales) in Montreal. In addition, she studied in Europe - Université Canadienne en France, Nice, and the Copenhagen Business School (CBS), Denmark - and completed a Certificate in the Business and Management of Entertainment at UCLA (awarded with distinction). Prior to founding Safira, Evelyne was selected for an assignment with Creative Artists Agency in the Film Marketing department, which she successfully completed. Evelyne's recent clients include Cirque du Soleil, who recently won an Emmy for their VR production of Kurios and Digital Dimension who completed a partnership for a VR project in Brazil. She is currently acting as the Chief Marketing Consultant for Reflector whose CEO is Assassin's Creed's Creative Director, Alexandre Amancio on upcoming gaming and VR IPs. In addition, she has created a group of VR experts designed to identify business opportunities in this dynamic and emerging market.


Amberly Crouse is currently the Senior Director of Creative and Business Development for BMG Music Production, but she started her career as a professional dancer! Through dance, she developed a love for music and hung up her dancing shoes to move on to a career in the music business. Amberly worked in advertising for GMR Marketing and PGW.  As an account manager she was thrilled to have Pepsi as her main client and traveled the U.S. with the show ‘The X Factor.’ She later moved on to X-Ray Dog Music and then to her current position at BMG. Working in the BMG Production Music department Amberly spends her days pitching music, working with songwriters and composers. She regularly engages with clients such as Sony, Universal, Hill Holiday, Disney, Fox Broadcasting and HBO, to name only a few, focusing on their current campaigns and projects for theatrical/ TV/video game and advertising marketing. Amberly feels very honored to be surrounded by music every day and blessed to be surrounded by such an amazing team of colleagues at BMG/ BMGPM and all the artists that she gets to represent every day.
