Cary Grant, Founder & CEO, Premo Media: Cary Grant is the Founder & CEO of PREMO, a newly launched SVOD service focused on curated film, episodic and original programming for multicultural millennials.  Grant created PREMO to address the lack of a service offering that would distribute and market compelling content that reflects today’s blend of diverse audiences, and to give content creators a platform that makes their content more discoverable than other larger portals and SVOD services.  Grant is a 25-year veteran of entertainment, media and technology. Prior to founding PREMO, Grant was an

executive for Discovery Communications, where he leddigital distribution, licensing and partnership efforts for the company’s TV & web properties.  He was instrumental in securing and managing distribution partnerships with Youtube, Apple, Hulu, Twitch, and Xbox, among others.  Before joining Discovery, Grant served as head of content acquisition for Barnes & Noble’s Nook Video service. In this capacity he secured content licensing for more than 10,000 titles from major studios & TV networks in the US and UK.   Mr. Grant started his career in New York, working in entertainment & strategic marketing with major record labels and artist management firms before moving to San Francisco. He continues to live in San Francisco where his company is based, and splits his time at PREMO’s Los Angeles office.

 

KT McBratney, Head of Product Marketing – Seed & Spark: KT McBratney is a storyteller and branding expert who has worked with Fortune 100 to emerging startups to connect with consumers and drive business goals. Currently head of marketing at Seed&Spark, her work has been recognized by SXSW, USA Today, Mashable, TechCrunch and many more.

 

Alex Zeldin, Co-Founder and Executive Producer of French Mustache: Alex Zeldin is a writer and producer who co-founded the production company French Mustache with his producing partner Julien Lasseur. Alex and Julien have produced videos for Proctor & Gamble, Buzzfeed, Deloitte, TruTV, Oracle, SAP, Pizza Hut, Tito’s Vodka, Fossil Watches, Bravo, Funny or Die, and TimeXtender among others. On the narrative side, French Mustache produced the Emmy-nominated web-series Everyone’s Crazy But Us starring Diedrich Bader, Janet Varney, Keegan-Michael Key, and Kate Walsh. French Mustache also produced the television series D-Sides for TruTV alongside Thank You Brain! Productions. Alex has written for the television show Billy on the Street, the web-series Honest Trailers, and is currently writing a feature length road trip comedy with Steve-O from Jackass. Outside of work, Alex spends his time going to 90s rock concerts, obscure minor league sporting events, and doing long form improv.

 

Michellene DeBonis, Founder of Zeste Consulting: Michellene DeBonis, founder and chief “everything” officer at Zeste, partners with agencies, brands, and start-ups who need that “bit of something extra”— strategic guidance, creative help, or even professional coaching—to take their business to the next level. With 25+ years experience in the branding and marketing fields, Michellene is a strategic and creative thinker who quickly becomes fluent in a client's business. Her ability to move effortlessly from strategy to execution, and from the C-suite to the design studio, helps her infuse new life into every clients' brand story in categories as diverse as media & technology, consumer products, lifestyle, healthcare, as well as the public sector.  Her career-defining experience includes managing design engagements and the naming practice at a graphic design agency (Runyan & Associates); driving the visibilty and growth of a global brand consultancy (Siegel & Gale); and running a boutique brand and business development advisory (DeBonis Consulting). Most recently, she co-founded UTA Brand Studio, a brand strategy and creative consultancy within one of Hollywood’s most respected talent agencies (United Talent Agency), where in less than three years, she helped build a client portfolio that included Barbie, Fisher-Price, American Girl, Bare Minerals, Komen for the Cure, the Elizabeth Taylor Trust, and WebMD. Michellene is based in Studio City, California, where she resides with her family and rescue pooch, Tiger. When not working with clients, she enjoys experimenting in the kitchen, where adding a little bit of zeste elevates every creation.
