Danyelle McGill is Vice President, Influencer Marketing for 87AM and Allied Integrated Marketing. She’s been responsible for the development and execution of numerous groundbreaking, engaging digital marketing and PR campaigns for major film, television, entertainment and lifestyle brands including NBC Universal, Showtime, HULU, the Hollywood Bowl, and many more. In addition to activating national campaigns, Danyelle integrates strategic digital components into targeted marketing initiatives across multiple divisions of Allied.

Phil Ranta is the Chief Operating Officer at Studio71, US, a leading media company focused on digital talent. With a YouTube network of over 1,200 creators receiving over 6 billion monthly views, Studio71 has become a leader in digital brand solutions, premium content creation including movies and television programs, and talent management. Key talent includes Rhett & Link, Lilly Singh, Family Fun Pack, Guava Juice, and Roman Atwood. Before Studio71, Mr. Ranta was the VP of Network at Fullscreen. As one of the earliest employees, he helped create the largest independent network through acquisition by Otter Media, a joint venture between AT&T and The Chernin Group. He also acted as the Executive Producer at Viva! Vision, a leading provider of mobile video content. Mr. Ranta is also a regular performer at prestigious Los Angeles-based comedy institutions including the i.O. West Theater and Second City Hollywood. He is a proud graduate of the University of Michigan with a B.A. in Film and Video Studies.

 

Larry Shaipro, CEO, Ensemble Digital Studios: Larry Shapiro has a successful 20+ year track record of managing and producing creative in all forms of media and pioneering the convergence between Silicon Valley and Hollywood. As CEO of Ensemble Digital Studios, Larry is managing talent and producing movies and digital series that intersect today's online creators in eluding Laura Clery, Grant Thompson and Tonio Skits.   Last year Shapiro wrapped as a Producer on Shovel Buddies starring Kian Lawley and Bella Thorne and currently in development on projects for Facebook, Blue Ribbon Content,  Black Pills and a movie with Lorenzo DiBonaventura directed by his client Scott DW..  Prior to producing these projects, Larry was SVP of Talent for Fullscreen. There, Larry helped shape and grow Fullscreen's top tier talent roster working with such clients as Devin Supertramp, the Fine Brothers and Grace Helbig.  In 2000, Larry created and operated the industry’s first and leading Games Division for Creative Artists Agency (CAA).  During his tenure at CAA, Larry conceived of and brokered innovative and successful entertainment deals for, among others, Jerry Bruckheimer, Will Wright, Halo, Gears of War, Valve and Guitar Hero. Larry has received an Emmy Nomination as a Television producer for "Brian Wilson: I Just Wasn't Made For These Times," an Emmy win for his participation in the Interactive Series “Dirty Work” as well as a Grammy Nomination producing the music film "Forever Is a Long Time" for Don Was.

 

Nick Carreras, Vice President, Talent and Brand Strategy, Bent Pixels: Nick Carreras is an experienced manager of top talent whose experience ranges from the traditional agency model to overseeing the careers of digital-first performers. After graduating from law school, Nick began his career as an agent specializing in TV campaigns, animation, and celebrity endorsements. He collaborated with popular actors such as Julie Bowen (Modern Family), William H. Macy (Shameless), and Kyle Chandler (Friday Night Lights). Nick moved into the digital world after six years as an agent. He joined Maker Studios as Director of Talent, Branding and Endorsements and in that role he developed and grew the businesses of the largest and most influential YouTube and social media influencers. His roster garnered over 6.7 billion monthly views, and included stars like Shay Carl, KassemG, Stampylongnose, Bart Baker, Markiplier, Captainsparklez, CutiePieMarzia and Timothy DeLaGhetto. During his four-year tenure at Maker Studios, Nick was promoted to Head of Talent Strategy. He was responsible for aligning the career goals of the talent he represented with Maker Studios initiatives on both the development and commercial fronts. Nick led a team of highly skilled talent managers to grow Maker's enterprise talent, and partnered with them to create original IP and branded entertainment. Nick joined Bent Pixels as Vice President of Talent and Brand Strategy in 2017, heading up the talent division and helping to spearhead branded content projects and partnerships.

 

Jared Heinke is Head of Digital at Whalerock Industries, a media and technology company based in West Hollywood, California. In this position he oversees all digital and technology aspects of the company and leads a team of over 100 people.   In February 2015, he and his team launched Whalerock’s groundbreaking direct-to-consumer OTT multi-media hubs that integrate music, video, live streaming, e-commerce, and gaming.  Later that year, he oversaw the launch of the OTT apps for the Kardashian/Jenner sisters and Golf Media for Tyler the Creator.  In 2016, Heinke and his team developed and now operate Emoji keyboards for Kim Kardashian West (KIMOJI), the Los Angeles Lakers (Showtime! Stickers), Ellen DeGeneres (Emoji Exploji), and the NFL Players Association (Any Given Emoji). Additional Whalerock partners in the digital arena include Sirius XM, Howard Stern, Warner Bros., Viacom, MSN and Microsoft. Since being named Head of Digital at Whalerock in December 2011, Heinke responsibilities include supervision of content creation and operation of some of the most popular digital properties including the interactive celebrity destination Wonderwall, Purple Clover, Mom.me and Tested. Heinke joined Whalerock Industries in November 2007 as a member of the unscripted television department and later was named head of the department.  He is a graduate of New York University.

 

Maureen Polo leads Fullscreen’s national integrated marketing initiatives as general manager. She joined Fullscreen with a wealth of experience in managing and scaling content marketing strategies for major brands. Prior to Fullscreen, Maureen served as director of business development at Hearst Integrated Media, where she led development of Hearst Connected Content Marketing division. She previously served as director of business development for Hearst’s iCrossing and as director of integrated sales and marketing at Condé Nast, where she developed custom content programs and led corporate negotiations.

 

Steve Bradbury, President & Head Coach, Deep Sports: Deep Sports develops new ventures that speak to sports as a lifestyle category. Most recently, he was Chief Operating Officer & Chief Revenue Officer of Zazoom Media Group, a leading premium video creator and multi-platform content distributor. Prior to this role, Steve was VP, Content Strategy & Business Affairs for GoTV Networks, one of the first mobile video producers. Steve has developed business strategies for companies such as Sony Interactive, The Improvisation, Engage Games Online and TriStar Pictures. He produced the first ever sports technology conference, eSportsWorld, and is sought after for his distinctive conference moderating skills. Steve’s corporate experience includes tenures at MGM Worldwide Television and Universal (MCA) TV. He is also an Adjunct Professor for both the Syracuse University and Boston University semester programs in Los Angeles as well as a board member of the Center for Digital Media Entrepreneurship in the Newhouse School at Syracuse University.
